Order online: You can order straight away at the listed retail pricing. Choose the section (cups, saucers, mugs, teaspoons) and then the product type and colour. Select the items and add to your basket. You can continue shopping or checkout. You will also be able to view past orders in the My Account section. Note that we only ship products in 6 packs (6,12,18,24...). There are a number of good retailers around New Zealand from which you may purchase items individually. Visit the reseller page on www.acmecups.com.
Register for a wholesale account: Fill in the online form on the contact page so that we can activate your online account and wholesale pricing. You should receive account confirmation from us via email within one working day. You will receive both an automated email and a personal email with your NZD pricelist and the national freight pricing in PDF format.
Online account: Login to your account before you start shopping in order to access the correct pricing.
Pay for your order: Once you have checked out you will receive an automated email with the amount owing. Please make payment into our NZD bank account the details of which will be in the email. We will send you an official tax invoice when payment is received and the goods are despatched.
No backorders: We do not place out of stock items on backorder. We can create a manual pre-order for you (see below). Freight charges apply for every new order.
Place a pre-order: On occasion items will be out of stock. If you would like to place a pre-order, simply email us with your request. We will enter the pre-order manually and send you a proforma invoice. We will give you an estimate of when the goods will be available. We cannot guarantee a delivery time until the items are within our possession, however we will make every effort to keep you informed of expected delivery date. We will confirm the pre-order with you and request payment of the proforma invoice close to the time of availability. We will dispatch the goods once payment has cleared and the goods are available.
Shipping: Orders placed on this site are shipped from Highbrook, Auckland using national DHL / Courierpost services. We expect your cups to get to you quickly and in good condition. Orders placed and paid for prior to midday will be despatched that day. We have an overnight service to North Island addresses. South Island service is 2-3 days. All orders over 100kg are palletised and sent using a freight service which takes a day longer than courier services. We reserve the right to adjust listed shipping rates and service levels for rural locations.
Tracking: If you do not receive your goods within the expected service levels, please email us and we will track the order for you. It will speed up the process if you have your order number ready but we can also find that information using your account name. Contact email@example.com or 04 282 0250.
Checking your order: Once you have received your order please check the contents against the shipping note on the same day. If there are any discrepancies between the order or shipping note and the contents of the shipment, please notify us within 5 working days.
Delays: Delivery to rural locations, delays due to customs clearance, or any delay outside our control may cause longer than usual delivery times.
Returns - Right to Cancel:
You have the right to cancel the purchase of goods within 5 working days, beginning on the day after you receive the goods. If you are in possession of the goods you are under a duty to retain them and take reasonable care of them. You must notify us of your intention to return the goods and return them at your own expense to the address we provide to you.
We reserve the right to make a charge not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods if you do not return the goods or return them at our expense. Once the goods have been received in good condition (unused and the inner packaging of each six-pack unopened) we will refund the purchase price of the goods to you as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days.
You will not have any right to cancel a purchase for the supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised or which by reason of their nature cannot be returned.
Returns - Faulty or damaged goods:
If goods received are faulty or have been damaged, we will either replace the goods free of charge or refund the cost of goods and the shipping costs incurred. You must notify us of visible faults or damage within 5 days of receiving the product. We will require proof of damage (photographic evidence usually suffices) so that we may report the damage to our service providers.
Export Restrictions: We will only ship orders placed through this website to physical addresses within New Zealand. If you require delivery to another country visit www.acmecups.com or contact us and we will let you know the best way for you to access our cups.
